I was very disappointed with my experience at Lee Rollins Firestone. In my opinion, the shop was poorly maintained. During my visit, I noticed cobwebs in the showroom, signs of water damage on the ceiling, and an overall appearance that did not give me confidence in the business.
I also felt that the service was overpriced compared with other repair shops in the area. I was uncomfortable with some of the repair recommendations I received and left feeling that I should have gotten a second opinion before authorizing any work.
Looking through the reviews, I also noticed that many positive reviews appear to receive responses, while many critical reviews do not. That gave me the impression that customer concerns aren’t being addressed as consistently as positive feedback. I would have appreciated seeing the same level of engagement with customers who had negative experiences.
I hope the business takes customer feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this shop compare estimates and reviews before making a decision.
